1. Information We Collect

LLMKey ("we", "our", or "us") provides an API proxy service that routes requests to third-party AI model providers. In providing this service, we collect:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and hashed password when you create an account.
• Billing Information: Payment details are processed by our payment provider (Paddle). We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: API request counts, token usage, error rates, and response latency for billing and service improvement.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store, log, or retain the content of your API requests or responses.
• We do not use your prompts or completions for training any models.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the LLMKey API service.
• To calculate and bill for token usage.
• To send service-related notifications (billing, rate limits, maintenance).
• To improve service reliability and detect abuse.

4. Data Processing & Third Parties

API requests are routed in real-time to upstream model providers (DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud, Zhipu AI, etc.). These providers receive your prompt data as part of standard API operation. Each provider has its own privacy policy. Our payment processing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com), acting as Merchant of Record.

5. Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active. API usage metrics (token counts, request counts) are retained for billing purposes. Content of API requests/responses is not stored.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@llmkey.cc. We will comply within 30 days.
